We do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products once the order has been delivered.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel to raise a complaint.
To open a dispute, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Order Details
Share your order number along with a brief explanation of the issue.
3. Unboxing Video
Send a clear, continuous unpacking video from start to finish that clearly shows the damaged or missing item.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Our team will review your case and respond as soon as possible.
Return Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
